It has always been this way; every time I have to either give blood; or back when I would donate blood they always had a rough time sticking me.  The first stick I had for this pregnancy was bad; and I chronicled it earlier.  The 2nd time she had to stick me in my hand; and it didn't hurt, or bruise that bad  I had increased my water intake that day, to hopefully help, but it didn't work.

This time I drank a TON of water. We ran into a problem b/c she was out of the smaller butterfly needles.  She stuck me in my arm and got a little bit of blood; but nowhere near enough for the test - it's a fairly large vial that they use for this test.  Then she found another spot on my hand, which she had used last week.  She was able to get the blood this time.  So, now on top of the bruise that I got the first time, I will have two more.  She told me not to come back until after the 4th b/c she won't get any more butterflies until then.

I'm not sure if I could wrangle them up at a pharmacy or something in case they do want more blood?

Anyway - as always, it's in God's hands right now - pray that this baby sticks around... his momma and daddy would love to have a little one in a few months.
